Gen AI policy and usage

  1. Set your organization's Gen AI usage policy by selecting Allow / Block / Warn options under settings > Gen AI Applications and follow the instructions as below

  1. Any Gen AI prompts used by users will show up under the Gen AI sidebar element. Click on the application name to see the prompt in detail (currently supported on Chat GPT, Perplexity and Google Gemini)
